I think it’s pretty obvious where WV is going with their acquisition strategy at this point. Mid-market leaders in specific verticals. We had Elegant Marketplace announced most recently for themes and now forms are covered. There are a ton of markets that are probably on the horizon and I have no problem speculating that WordPress solution providers in security, contacts, content, finance, etc. are all in the mix.
I had the chance to ask Tim Evans, Sr. Manager Mergers & Acquisitions Web Ventures, about the vision behind this specific deal.
