Back in March of this year I wrote, Networking With A Co-Pilot, I recommend reading the whole piece but key items for those tl;dr folk:

1. Schedule meetings ahead of time, use calendly or similar.

3. Make battle cards (personal, corporate, solution) - this will help you focus in meetings and "hall track" conversations.
