Breaking: Mitch Haber Leaving EIG

Announced on LinkedIn by Mitch himself, “After almost 21 incredible years, my journey at Endurance is coming to an end this week. As you can well imagine, I have many emotions stirring but mostly I feel pride. Back in the spring of 2000, I walked through the doors of a tiny startup, joining a bunch of other kids who were passionate about doing something great and making a difference. At one point, we were only a team of 14, and despite the odds stacked against us, we were unwavering in our desire to succeed and our belief that we could and would overcome all odds to become the global powerhouse that we have since become. Along the way, I was forced to reinvent myself time and time again and acquire the skills that I needed to do my part and help the team through the journey. It always has been a team first culture. It was the essence of who we were and undoubtedly, the key to our success. I have learned a ton from my teammates both past and present and have formed some of my closest friendships that I am certain will last a lifetime. I am thankful for all the great partnerships that I’ve developed over the years which have been critical to our success. I have a deep passion for the SMB space that I’ve been fortunate to be a part of for over two decades now and am excited about the future.”

BigScoots: Personal. Expert. Always There. That’s Real Managed Hosting.

Mitch Haber, Sr. Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Partnerships, has had an immense role in the hosting industry, and specifically WordPress hosting via the Bluehost acquisition in 2011, among many other many other high profile hosting company acquisitions. In that time span Endurance International Group went public and most recently was taken back to being privately held by Clearlake. I personally wish you the best of luck in your next adventures!
